The Cable Loading Wizard is accessible by clicking 
in the Waveform Setup node, providing you have selected DOCSIS 3.1 Downstream from the Format menu. The software requires a live connection to an M8190A, or you can select M8190A AWG from the Quick Setups node, otherwise a message dialog appears, as shown below.
After making your selections and clicking OK, the software checks the validity of the configuration and then configures multiple DOCSIS 3.0 and 3.1 carriers accordingly.
